It’s a Love Story

This story has been 10 months in the making…
When I was asked to create the cake and dessert table for this beautiful wedding, I felt an overwhelming sense of honor and excitement. It wasn’t just another order, it was a personal milestone and the most rewarding challenge Oven Baked by Bianca has taken on to date.

As someone who lives with food allergies, I understand how hard it can be to find desserts that are not only safe to eat but also genuinely delicious. That’s why I set a personal goal: to make treats that wouldn’t just be “good for being dairy free or gluten free,” but so incredible that no one at the celebration would even notice the difference.

The result? A stunning, allergy-conscious dessert spread that everyone could enjoy without compromise.

This wedding was more than a celebration and I’m so proud of what Oven Baked was able to deliver, and I’m deeply grateful to have played a part in such a meaningful day.
